Vicki brings over 20 years of experience coaching and consulting C-suite executives, emerging and future leaders, business teams, high potential women, and mid-senior level professionals. She is passionate about helping her clients maximize potential and drive sustained, measurable performance improvements.
She has successfully worked with executives to help them manage through intense change and transition during organizational restructurings, acquisitions, and rapid growth initiatives in a wide range of market conditions. A dynamic results oriented leader, Vicki built a successful career of progressive human resources and talent management experience holding senior level HR roles for organizations that include Ernst & Young LLP, Automatic Data Processing, Rockwell International/Meritor, and United Technologies Corporation. She has a strong reputation as an astute, insightful, and trusted advisor and coach, with strong business acumen and an ability to form strategic business partnerships at all levels of an organization. In addition to the organizations noted above, Vicki has successfully coached clients in organizations such as: KPMG, CDK Global, Aimia Inc., Life Time Fitness, Producers Choice Network, Keller Williams Realty, and Farmers Insurance and Zurich Insurance groups throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Most recently, Vicki was a senior global human resources executive in a big four professional services firm where she partnered, coached, and advised senior executives and their global teams. Prior to that, she held various human resources executive roles across the Fortune 500 in such challenging industries as aerospace, automotive, consulting, financial services, and technology.
