Michelle Davis, CLC, ELI-MP
Michelle specializes in helping new and emerging leaders enhance their leadership skills so they can confidently take the next step in their careers. Her empathetic but practical approach to coaching helps her clients stay accountable to their goals, while helping to remove the blocks that can get in the way of fulfillment and success in the workplace.
Michelle enjoys incorporating humor and the latest research and resources in leadership, neuroscience and personal development in her coaching sessions. Her favorite career and leadership “gurus” include Brené Brown, Simon Sinek, Jen Sincero, William Burnett and David Evans to name a few.
Michelle has over 14 years of experience in academic medical fundraising and leadership. Most recently, she served as Director of Development at Michigan Medicine where she led a team responsible for raising funds for ground-breaking research and patient care in the neurosciences. She facilitates workshops and presents at conferences on career design, leadership and resilience.

Michelle holds a Bachelors of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University-Bloomington. She is a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and is an Energy Leadership Index master practitioner. She has additional training in team coaching through Team Coaching International, Gallup Strengths Finder, Reflective Best Self, Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Stanford University’s Designing Your Life program.
