Jade Augustine, MBA, CPC, ELI-MP
Jade Augustine has over 20 years’ experience working within organizations on employee engagement initiatives, talent acquisition and management, leadership development, change management, career transition planning and support, and company culture initiatives.
Throughout her career in corporate human resources roles, Jade had the opportunity to facilitate training sessions and take part in leadership development programs. Jade’s areas of specialty and experience include effective communication skills, performance feedback and coaching, 360-degree feedback, emotional intelligence, organizational change, employee engagement surveys & action initiatives, and conflict management. In addition to leadership development, another area of passion for Jade is coaching leaders and employees through career transitions and developing career path strategies. She has experience working with people at all stages of their career journey, including early career, first-time leaders, mid-career changes, executives, and coaching individuals through loss of employment and new beginnings. Jade decided to make her own career change and build on these passions, shifting from corporate human resources to full time leadership and career coaching.
Jade has experience working in several different industries including human capital management/recruitment technology, telecommunications, and hospitality. During her career, she’s had the opportunity to live and work in Connecticut, Boston, Washington, D.C., and is currently based in the Chicago area.
Education and Certifications
Jade obtained an Executive MBA degree from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Purdue University. She earned her Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and is Energy Leadership Index certified as a Master Practitioner (ELI-MP)« Go Back
