The Power of Asking Better Questions

Make a habit of asking yourself positive questions. Train your brain to see positive possibilities and watch them begin to manifest in your life. Can you see the difference in the energy of these questions?

  • Why do I always get these problems?
  • Why does this always happen to me?


  • What is there about my life that makes me feel happy right now?
  • What do I feel truly grateful for right now?

Asking "why" often carries an energy of judgment or negativity.  Negative self talk is a decision to hold yourself back. Positive self talk is a decision to believe in positive possibilities. Challenge yourself to frame questions more positively for yourself and with others and see where it leads!
